Join us on March 10th from 7:00–9:00pm for our General PTSA Meeting! The evening will begin with a special guest speaker, followed by our regular PTSA meeting. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn more about the important role the PTSA plays in supporting our school and strengthening our community.
We are honored to welcome Mash Makhlyagina as a special guest speaker. Mash will present, “The Year is 2026 and Our Children (and We) Are More Anxious Than Ever.” Together, we’ll explore how anxiety shows up throughout the school day—for students and adults alike — and discuss practical, real-world strategies to navigate it as a home-to-school team. This will be an hour of honest, non-therapy “real talk” focused on what families and educators can do before, during, and after school to better support students.
Mash has supported families nationwide in navigating education across a wide range of backgrounds, support needs, and family dynamics. They are a proud immigrant and ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) kid turned ESOL teacher with a passion for empowering families who identify as multi-disabled. Mash is passionate about empowering families and building strong home-to-school partnerships.
This conversation is intended for adults, so please leave the kids at home. Thanks so much and hope to see you there!
