Monthly PTSA Meetings

PTSA meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month. They are open to all parents and staff. Everyone is encouraged to attend and share ideas to help shape our children’s experience at Bryant. To include your issue on a Board meeting agenda, email your topic to the Executive Committee at least a week before the meeting. Three general meetings, featuring special topics or speakers are scheduled each year and are a special opportunity for the greater Bryant community to participate. These are also when issues requiring a vote of the general PTSA membership (like approval of the budget and election of officers) take place.

PTSA Awards and General Membership Meeting–June 7th

All are welcome to attend our last PTSA General Membership Meeting of the 2022-2022 school year on Tuesday, June 7th at 7:00pm!

The virtual event will begin with a General Membership Meeting followed by Volunteer Appreciation. The agenda includes a membership vote to elect our 2022-2023 Executive committee and a vote on the proposed 2022-2023 Budget.

The proposed budget is available for review in advance. (Check back here!)

SPS District Cabinet leaders will join, and will start off the meeting as our guest speakers.
 
Dr. Mia Williams, Chief of the Office of African American Male Achievement, and Dr. Keisha Scarlett, Chief of the Office of Equity, Partnerships & Engagement, will introduce themselves, share this year’s strategic plan goals and answer any questions families might have about the district’s strategic work during remote learning and beyond.
